ASoc collects information you provide (name, contact details, financial data) solely to process your mortgage application and communicate with you. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We use bank-level encryption (TLS 1.3, AES-256 at rest) and access controls to protect your data. You may request deletion or correction of your data at any time by contacting hello@asoc.finance.

Cookies are used only for session management and analytics. You can opt out of analytics cookies via your browser settings.

ASoc is a mortgage broker/lender. All loans are subject to credit approval. Rates, fees and terms advertised are illustrative and subject to change without notice. A formal Loan Estimate will be provided within three business days of your completed application.

APR calculations include points, fees and other charges. Your actual APR may differ. Not all products are available in all states. This is not a commitment to lend.
